Cindy

Lead vocals & harmonies

Cindy has been singing since she was old enough to hold a microphone.  She started singing  in her church choir in Medford, MA and then in her high school chorus.  Through her Salem State college years and into her cosmetology career she hit every karaoke bar winning many singing contests.  She decided to start playing guitar later in life after watching and open mic night and decided she wanted to be a songwriter and  have her own original band.  Her original band was called Sweet Escape and formed in 2009.  After recording 3 original albums and having a family of her own, she decided to start a new journey for some new upbeat fun singing country & pop cover music with this talented group of musicians and amazing friends calling themselves Pick 6.

Nils

Bass

Nils has been a musician since childhood, and was introduced to stringed instruments by his mother who was a cello and violin teacher, teaching children out of their home. He played cello, violin, and piano all before the age of ten, and became the piano accompanist for his high school choir, performing at student competitions in NYC and Walt Disney World. He also learned to play tuba in high school, and performed in the Massachusetts all-state student orchestra, as well as marching band. He picked up guitar and bass during high school, and performed in several rock bands in the 1990s with fellow students. As an adult, he was educated at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Science in recording technology, and has been a freelance audio engineer working with touring professionals and local musicians for over 20 years. He resides with his wife and daughter in Southern NH, and performs every March with his family to celebrate their Irish heritage performing classic Irish folk music in their band, “Jug of Punch”. He is an avid outdoorsman, spending free time hiking, camping, and skiing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

CC

Guitars

CC discovered his love for music during Sunday rides with his Dad to pick up his grandmother, the radio was always on in the car.  He started off in the high school band drum core, but always found himself gravitating towards the guitar.  KISS, Van Halen, The Scorpions, Motown, and Southern Rock were his early muses. A career and raising a family filled the next few decades, fast forward, CC performed locally in a classic rock band, learning the art of live performances and the spirit of entertaining.  With a smile wide, CC strives for those moments when the band is grooving and the crowd is engaged.
